Excel to Paver Conversion Utility
Data transformation tool for municipal infrastructure management that converts Excel pavement inspection data to Paver(Application)-compatible XML. Conversion transformed 8 years of municipal street data which would have otherwise been unusable - Python was utilized to convert the data into software readable format.
